Refund Policy

At VIP Vape, the safety of our customers and the integrity of our products are our top priorities. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing your order so you know how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for online purchases.

General Policy

Most vape and e‑liquid products are considered personal use items and are not returnable once opened, due to health and safety regulations. We therefore have a limited returns and refund policy focused on defective or incorrect items, not on change-of-mind or taste preference.

By purchasing from VIP Vape (online or in-store), you agree to this Refund Policy as well as our Warranty Policy and any additional terms that may apply to specific products.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened items. This includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of products.

  • Clearomizers, cartomizers, and atomizers (including tanks).
  • Any products containing vape juice, such as e‑liquids, pods, and disposable vapes.
  • Items showing signs of use, misuse, damage, or tampering — including partial components and missing packaging.
  • Drip tips, replacement coils, and replacement pods.
  • All clearance sale items – these purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Unopened and unused regular-priced hardware items may be considered for return or exchange at our discretion, provided they are in original, sealed packaging and you contact us within a reasonable time frame from the date of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.

Clearance & Final Sale Items

Clearance, promotion, and heavily discounted items are sold as final sale. They are not eligible for return, exchange, warranty coverage, or refund once purchased, whether opened or unopened.

Any product marked “Clearance,” “Final Sale,” “Last Chance,” or similar wording on the website or in-store signage is included in this category. Please carefully review product details before purchasing clearance items, as all such sales are firm.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where applicable. For many hardware items, our existing Warranty Policy and time‑based coverage (for example 15 days on most devices, 24 hours on disposables) will apply.

All defective returns are carefully inspected once they arrive back at VIP Vape. If there are visible signs of use, misuse, damage, liquid contamination, or user error, no credit, replacement, or refund will be issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes original shipping charges and any costs you incur to send items back to us. Items found to be non-defective may be returned to you at your expense.

Refund Method

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment used on the order (for example, credit card or digital wallet). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

In some situations, and at our discretion, we may offer store credit instead of a monetary refund. Any such details will be clearly communicated when we review and approve your request.

Order Issues & Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item, a missing item, or an incorrect variant (for example, wrong flavour or nicotine strength), please notify us within a few days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos of the packing slip and items received.

Once we verify the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or other remedy at our discretion. In some cases we may arrange a refund of the missing or incorrect item instead of reshipping.

Shipping, Lost, or Stolen Parcels

VIP Vape is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout, or parcels marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. We will do our best to assist you, but resolutions may be limited by the carrier’s investigation and policies.

If your order qualifies for any shipping fee adjustments (for example, switching from shipping to local delivery before the order is processed), a partial refund of the shipping fee may be issued at our discretion as described in our Local Delivery Policy.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

To request a return, refund, or warranty evaluation, please contact us first before sending anything back. Our team will confirm whether your item is eligible under this Refund Policy or our Warranty Policy and provide instructions for next steps.

Please include your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video where possible. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
